These are digital embroidery files. They will not be mailed to you. You must have an embroidery machine to use them.

Step 1: Go to the “Store Page“

Step 2: Click on “Sign In”

Step 3: Click on “Create New Account”

Step 4: Fill out the Account Info and click “Register”

Step 5: An email will be sent to the address you provided, confirming your Account creation.

You may get a banner (like the one below) saying “This message may not have been sent by kiteheather@gmail.com”, this is because it is an automated email. Disregard this banner.
