How to Setup an Account

All designs are instant digital downloads.  I do not sell patches or anything that will be mailed to you.  You receive all of these formats in one zipped folder: DST, EXP, JEF, HUS, PES, VIP VP3, and XXX.  I reserve the right to change designs or remove items from my shop without notice.  So, be sure to download your designs as soon as you purchase. Please note that each size of the design may be slightly different from the picture shown. Be sure that your Windows 10 settings are set up to unzip files correctly before purchasing! See the FAQs.

For UK flag be sure that you use blue for the 1st fabric and red for the 2nd fabric and then white thread for the outline on the red fabric. For the Norway flag, be sure that you use red for the 1st fabric and blue for the 2nd fabric and outline the blue with white thread.
